Our administrative team is a big part of what makes the Pondworks experience different from other offices. It’s the reason why we’re able to work with insurance companies and make sure your clinical provider has plenty of time to focus on you, the patient. We’re proud to have a strong, dedicated team to provide friendly, helpful, and accountable assistance with the many administrative details of seeking mental health care.

Our front office assists our providers and patients with:

ANGELA ZIMMERMAN

Office Manager

Angela is responsible for all daily administrative processes related to patient care. She provides assistance and orientation for most of our new patient appointments, as well as overseeing patient billing. Since joining Pondworks in 2014, Angelia’s work ethic, efficiency and professionalism have enabled us to grow and serve a greater and greater number of Austinites.

When she’s through with work, Angela enjoys spending time with her family, especially her miniature dachshund, Hanz. She is passionate about music, movies, books, and travelling with her husband of 30 years.

Office Manager

Angela is responsible for all daily administrative processes related to patient care. Stephanie Pineda

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Stephanie joined Pondworks in 2022.  She files insurance claims, processes payments, works with insurers to resolve mistakes and problems, and keeps our books in order.

Administrative Associate

Kimberly brings an upbeat attitude to work every day in our front office. She has many years of both clinical and administrative health care experience in various settings, such as a children’s home, a physician’s office and a hospital. Kimberly joined Pondworks in 2018.

For fun, Kim enjoys creative projects and doing things for people that make them smile.

Tricia has a passion for quality improvement, especially when it comes to making it easier for people to access mental health care. Her behind-the-scenes role at Pondworks includes creating and overseeing office processes and ensuring that service to patients is always considered first. Tricia’s many “hats” include managing

Tricia has an MBA from Rice University, and her professional experience includes work in health care quality improvement at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.

For fun, she enjoys music and running.
