Holly Bellah, LMSW, Psychotherapist

Holly Bellah is a therapist who brings a diverse set of experiences in social work and education to her role at Pondworks. She received her undergraduate and graduate degrees at West Texas A&M University.
Before transitioning to the role of therapist, Holly’s professional experience included teaching social work, residential treatment with adolescent survivors of sex trafficking, school social work, work with refugees, and work with foster youth and their families. Holly has had the privilege of seeing people demonstrate strength and resilience through unimaginable adversity.

Holly was born in Texas and raised in Hong Kong. She also lived in Taiwan and India. Her experiences outside of the U.S. have given her an appreciation for the richness of culture. Her strengths-based approach, accompanied by warmth and compassion, enable her to create a safe space for clients to share their experiences and challenges. Holly believes in letting the client be the expert in their life and walking alongside them collaboratively as they achieve their goals for growth, healing, and the highest quality of life possible.
In her free time, Holly enjoys being in nature, hiking, gardening, working out, mindfulness – living each moment in the present and spending time with family and friends. Caring for the mind, body, and spirit is the key to wellness and something she strives to practice every day.
